Saturday Night Fever The Musical
TIME to dust off those bell bottoms as the '70s return with Saturday Night Fever The Musical, coming to Singapore for the first time.
Based on the classic John Travolta film from 1977, the show is a tribute to the disco craze and is packed with slick choreography that promises to get the audience dancing in the aisles. If that doesn't do the trick, perhaps the unforgettable Bee Gees hits like Stayin' Alive, Night Fever, Jive Talking, You Should Be Dancing, How Deep is Your Love from its soundtrack will.
Broadway actor Brandon Rubendall (Spider-man: Turn Off the Dark, Hairspray, Wicked) steps into Travolta's shoes, playing Tony Manero, a Brooklyn hipster with plenty of moves. Together with his beau Stephanie (Jenna Rubaii), the couple train for a dance competition that will change their lives forever. Expect nothing less than a disco inferno.
