[SINGAPORE] After a courtship that lasted two full years, the Singapore Sports Hub and OCBC yesterday celebrated their union as the local bank inked the biggest sponsorship deal in its history.
The 15-year contract, worth over $50 million, sees OCBC Bank named as the Sports Hub's first and largest sponsorship partner, with the bank securing the exclusive naming rights to a number of prominent facilities within the $1.33 billion project.
Under the agreement, OCBC will see its name emblazoned on the aquatics centre, the multi-purpose indoor sports hall, both club lounges of the 55,000-seater National Stadium and the VIP lounge at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
