A people company for all seasons

HILTI Far East never stops being a people-focused company, which is perhaps why it has won Aon Hewitt's Best Employers award for an unbroken fourth time.

"Good times or bad times, you have to keep at it," says Hilti Asia Pacific president Robbert Van Der Feltz says. "Of course, it's easier in good times because sales are up, bonuses are good and there's less stress."

It's harder in bad times but then, he says, "that's the moment of truth to prove if you're serious in your word".
