MCDONALD'S Singapore takes the top Aon Hewitt Best Employers award for always putting its employees first and providing them with a place like home to work and grow.
"Our people have always been our most important asset, and creating a dynamic and flexible family environment that supports them in their development and growth has always been our top priority," says the fast-food chain's local managing director Robert Hunghanfoo.
The result is an "inspired and passionate" workforce that has grown with McDonald's business here over the years.
