DFS Venture Singapore continually reinvents its offerings to keep up with changing consumer tastes.
WHILE DFS Venture Singapore may be better known for its duty-free offerings of wines and spirits at Changi Airport, a rebranding of its downtown store along Scotts Road is upping the high-end retail experience for its customers.
Renamed T Galleria Singapore by DFS since April last year, the store's new concept is linked to the notion of travel through the use of "T" in the name, explained David Aitken, the managing director of the Singapore operations of the DFS Group.
"The brand stands for what our customers have come to expect: an expertly curated assortment of the world's preferred luxury brands, exceptional retail environments, highly personalised services and unique experiences tailored to their specific needs of those who travel," he said in an interview with The Business Times.
