Winter wonderland for MICE events

GANGWON province is yet another exciting new destination being promoted for the MICE market.

For now, Gangwon province is better known as the host province of the Winter Olympics 2018 which will be held in Pyeongchang. However, it also has well-established corporate training venue facilities which include large resorts, ski slopes, casinos and other entertainment venues.

By securing the rights to host the Winter Olympics, Gangwon has catapulted Pyeongchang city into the global spotlight, and will put it in prime position to target corporate meetings and incentive tours as part of the strategy to position itself as an ideal MICE destination.
