AUSTRALIAN Prime Minister Tony Abbott spent part of his first full day in Singapore on Sunday courting local investors, encouraging them to invest in infrastructure development and other commercial opportunities in Northern Australia.
Speaking at the opening of an investment roundtable meeting, the 57-year-old leader described Northern Australia as the "next frontier" in the region.
