AGC seeks to reinstate original convictions in City Harvest Church case

If Appeals court agrees with questions of law raised, convictions and sentences on more serious CBT rap could be reinstated

    SINGAPORE'S prosecutors have turned to the highest court in the land to reinstate the original convictions of six leaders of City Harvest Church (CHC).

    This follows the High Court appeals verdict last Friday, in which the jail terms of the six were significantly reduced.
