PHILIPPINE President Benigno Aquino on Monday urged foreign investors to seize the many business opportunities available in his country, in another of his major pitches to attract more investments ahead of his stepping down from office in May.
Speaking at the opening of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (Apec) CEO Summit, he laid out the welcome mat to potential investors, stressing that they should enter the South-east Asian nation as soon as possible, rather than wait another two to three years.
