CHINA'S push to win a larger slice of the global tech production pie has fanned competition concerns over other markets with significant roles in electronics manufacturing.
The country's large labour pool and supportive government policies have already won it manufacturing investments for goods such as silicon wafer chips, said Ajit Manocha, president and chief executive of semiconductor trade group Semi, at a recent industry event.
