Genting to develop first stem cell facility in Bali, expand into healthcare
Fontaine Vitale will be the first in Asean to offer placenta-derived allogeneic stem cell therapy
[KUALA LUMPUR] Malaysian conglomerate Genting has launched its first stem cell facility in Bali, Indonesia, marking a significant milestone in its expansion into advanced healthcare and medical tourism.
The Fontaine Vitale facility, located in the Sanur Special Economic Zone (SEZ), will be operated by Genting’s 56-per-cent-owned indirect subsidiary Astana Bangun Sejahtera, in partnership with Indonesian companies Sentosa Bersama Mitra and Bintang Graha Hijau.
Fontaine Vitale will also collaborate with US-based Celularity to integrate cutting-edge expertise in cellular and regenerative medicine, bringing advanced therapies and treatments to the region.
