Malaysia’s October CPI rises 1.9% year on year, slightly above forecast
MALAYSIA’S consumer price index (CPI) rose 1.9 per cent in October from a year earlier, slightly above market expectations, government data showed on Friday (Nov 22).
Economists surveyed by Reuters had expected the index to rise 1.8 per cent year on year in October, the same rate as in the previous month. REUTERS
