More Singaporeans employed in H1, but long-term jobless rate up slightly: MOM

MORE Singaporeans found jobs in the first half of this year than in the first six months of 2017, with local employment growth 1.5 times higher.
However, the latest Manpower Ministry (MOM) statistics released on Thursday also showed that the long-term unemployment rate edged up.
