AFTER a rather abrupt announcement this week of a third movement control order (MCO) affecting Kuala Lumpur and certain areas of Johor, Perak and Terengganu, some observers have weighed in on the Malaysian government's handling of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The latest MCO imposed on the capital came on Wednesday, only two days after the one imposed on six districts in Selangor. Wednesday's MCO kicked in on Friday and will last till May 20; the one affecting the six districts started on Thursday and will run till May 17.
