ON any given day at the office, Pahala Mansury has to juggle a host of issues. It could be land clearing or healthcare matters, protecting endangered species, or looking into complex corporate restructuring.
As a deputy minister of Indonesia's Ministry of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs), he oversees a portfolio of companies that touch just about every sector of South-east Asia's largest economy.
