[JAKARTA] Tita Ardiati and the company she co-founded two years ago, Mindtera, are perhaps a reflection of the fast-changing startup landscape in Indonesia in this post-pandemic era, which is catching the eye of investors who are eager to uncover the next growth sector.
Ardiati spent two decades as a data scientist before starting Mindtera, which focuses on mental health and employee wellbeing.
The company is a platform that uses data-driven insights to build a productive and happy workplace, and helps spot employee pain points to help corporations retain talent. In January this year, it raised US$850,000 from angel investors including Seedstars International Ventures and East Ventures.
