Latest ADB data forecasts it to grow 6.5 per cent after lockdowns that hit every single industry caused economic uncertainty

    VIETNAM'S economy is expected to have the highest growth rate in South-east Asia in 2022 at 6.5 per cent, latest data from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) shows.

    That is good news for a country that, just a few months ago, was gripped in the throes of economic uncertainty as lockdowns ravaged every single industry.
