OBSERVERS say the RM40 billion (S$12.7 billion) stimulus package announced by Malaysia on Monday is barely enough to help the most affected groups tide over the current two-week full lockdown.
This comes as the government seeks to keep its fiscal deficit in check amid the fight against the soaring numbers of new infections in the country.
