Asian nations move up income ladder in World Bank ranking

BANGLADESH, Myanmar and Tajikistan are among countries that have been upgraded from "low income" to "lower middle income" countries in the World Bank's latest global rankings based on per capita Gross National Income (GNI).
The three join countries with per capita annual incomes of between US$1,046 and US$4,125.
