CHINA'S banking regulator has started to manage the issuing of asset-backed securities (ABS) through a registration system, simplifying the process, according to sources with direct knowledge of the situation.
The move represents another major step by Chinese regulators to establish market-oriented mechanisms for the issuing of securities.
