SINGAPORE has a unique historical opportunity to thrive in a more connected global economy by overcoming geopolitical and supply-chain challenges, said Education Minister Chan Chun Sing at a seminar on Monday.
He said the Republic cannot rely on its geographical location, natural resources or population size for relevance in the world.
