BRITAIN, which began to relax Covid-19 regulations well ahead of other European nations, plans to scrap self-isolation rules later this week.

The United Kingdom will also become the first major European country to allow people who know they are infected with the virus to patronise shops freely, use the public transport system and go to work. It's all part of Prime Minister Boris Johnson's "Living with Covid" strategy, even though daily cases and deaths continue to remain high.
