THERE is a window of opportunity for Singapore companies to establish a first-mover advantage and deepen business linkages with the Indian state of Gujarat, said International Enterprise (IE) Singapore assistant chief executive officer Tan Soon Kim.
The state's strong connectivity and power infrastructure, coupled with its "strategic location" on the west coast of India, are just some of the reasons for his optimism.
