SHARING data has become a must for businesses - and regulators have to keep up, said Senior Minister of State for Communications and Information Janil Puthucheary.
This is even as Singapore pursues its aim of becoming a global hub for innovation in artificial intelligence (AI) - a plan that needs to tap data.
