UPDATE: UK PM Cameron says will step down by October after Brexit vote
[LONDON] David Cameron will stay on as prime minister even though Britain has voted to leave the European Union, foreign secretary Philip Hammond said Friday.
"He will remain prime minister, he will carry out the instructions of the British people," Mr Hammond told Sky News television.
