CHINA Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation plans to issue and list one billion yuan (S$222 million) Land & Maritime Silk Road bonds on Bursa Malaysia on Thursday in support of the Chinese government initiative as well as to boost the development of the offshore RMB market.
Priced at 4.00 per cent on Nov 19 and rated A2 by Moodys Investors Services, the notes due 2017 will be dual listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange.
