CHINA'S economy grew 6.9 per cent in 2015 - its slowest pace in 25 years, adding pressure on Beijing which is steering the country on a more sustainable growth path while avoiding a hard landing.
After more than a decade of double-digit growth, the world's second largest economy is struggling with overcapacity, an ailing manufacturing sector and indebted local governments.
