[BEIJING] China's fiscal income rose just 3.2 per cent between January and February compared with the same period a year ago, government data showed on Monday, well below an 8.6 per cent gain seen in the same period of 2014.
But even as growth in government revenues slowed, fiscal expenditure growth accelerated to 10.5 per cent in the first two months of the year from the year-ago period, compared to an 8.2 per cent rise in spending in the 2014 period.
