CHINA'S manufacturing sector showed tepid signs of a recovery in July as the government's proactive stimulus measures start to take effect on part of the economy, two surveys showed.
However, with the trade war entering its second year and showing no signs of abating, analysts warned that manufacturers will remain under pressure for the rest of 2019 and advocated further stimulus measures.
