THE site of the third government-to-government project between Singapore and China could be determined by the end of the year, said Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong at a dialogue on Tuesday.

The two countries are busy exploring a joint cooperation project in China's western region; proposed by Chinese vice-premier Zhang Gaoli, it is to be based on the theme of "modern connectivity and modern services".
