THE Design Business Chamber Singapore (DBCS) has inked a bilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Restaurant Association of Singapore, Singapore Business Federation, Singapore Furniture Industries Council and Singapore Manufacturing Federation to help transform businesses.
The MOU signing was witnessed by Senior Minister of State for Communications and Information Sim Ann, who was the guest of honour at the gala dinner on Thursday.
