THE recommendation to dissolve the Moulmein-Kallang Group Representation Constituency (GRC) is not disruptive for the People's Action Party's (PAP) activists at Moulmein, Transport Minister Lui Tuck Yew was quoted as saying in a media report.
This is because the activists had worked with the Tanjong Pagar team in the past.
