[BRUSSELS] The EU on Tuesday announced a free trade deal "in principle" with Vietnam aimed at removing nearly all tariffs on goods traded between the two countries.
"The EU and Vietnam have today reached an agreement in principle in the negotiations for a Free Trade Agreement," according to the commission, the executive arm of the 28-nation EU.
