ACCELERATING eurozone growth is unlikely to encourage the European Central Bank (ECB) to end quantitative easing (QE) and raise interest rates.
This is the overwhelming view of European central bankers and economists. Even ECB hawks are reluctant to stifle the expansion, following years of depressed activity.
