F1 keen on extending marquee S'pore Grand Prix: CEO Carey

WHILE no deal has been inked yet to extend the Singapore Grand Prix beyond 2017, the goal is to keep the race on the race calendar, says Formula 1's new chief executive Chase Carey.
Describing it as a marquee event for F1, Mr Carey sees the Singapore Grand Prix as one which anchors the sport's Asian strategy at a point where it is trying to attract more viewers in this part of the world.
