FIVE new members have been appointed to the Singapore Accountancy Commission (SAC) for a two-year term, with effect from April 1, 2017.
The Ministry of Finance (MOF) on Thursday revealed the new members: Steven Phan, area managing partner (Asia-Pacific) of EY; Magesvaran Suranjan, president of Procter & Gamble (P&G) Asia-Pacific; Pang Yang Hoong, vice-provost (undergraduate matters and student development) of Singapore Management University (SMU); Sushil Nair, director and co-head of corporate restructuring & workouts practice at Drew & Napier; and Ong Khiaw Hong, chief executive-designate of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (Acra).
