Freedom vital for business, creativity: HK Chief Secretary

    CHIEF Secretary for Administration of Hong Kong, Carrie Lam, delivered the opening remarks at Friday's Spotlight Hong Kong in Singapore symposium, addressing the key to the city's entrepreneurship and creativity success, as well as the role of the youth in Hong Kong.

    Spotlight Hong Kong in Singapore is a three-day arts and culture festival held between July 24 and 26, which offers a glimpse into Hong Kong's dynamic arts and culture scene. It is organised by Hong Kong Fringe Club together with Singapore's Global Cultural Alliance, a Singapore-based not-for-profit cultural diplomacy agency.
