FINANCE ministers from the Group of Seven (G-7) nations are expected to endorse Washington's proposal for a new global corporate minimum tax when they meet in London on Friday and Saturday.

It is expected that the meeting of the ministers from the UK, the US, Germany, Japan, France, Italy and Canada will give an extra boost to advance global corporate tax negotiations ahead of a G-20 finance ministers' meeting in July.
