SINGAPORE brought the curtain down on a successful 28th edition of the South East Asian (SEA) Games on Tuesday, as more than 43,000 people packed into the National Stadium to party the night away.
There was a carnival atmosphere at the closing ceremony as many of the 7,000 athletes of all 11 participating countries let their hair down after a gruelling 19 days of competition in 36 sports.
