[SINGAPORE] The police have issued permits for 12 rallies on Tuesday.
The People's Action Party secured the lunchtime rally slot at the promenade plaza beside UOB Plaza from noon to 2pm, after it lost out in the ballot for Monday afternoon's rally to the Singapore Democratic Party.
