GE2015: NSP did not make last minute decision to contest MacPherson, says Cheo Chai Chen
[SINGAPORE] The National Solidarity Party (NSP) did not decide to contest MacPherson SMC at the last minute, said its candidate Cheo Chai Chen on Friday."It was when Steve Chia pulled out, then the party fielded me," said Mr Cheo in Mandarin before the start of his walkabout at the hawker centre in Pipit Road.
He faces a three-cornered fight with People's Action Party incumbent Tin Pei Ling, 31, and Workers' Party new face Bernard Chen, 29.
