GE2015: Official sample count of polls to be released from as early as 10pm

    [SINGAPORE] The Elections Department will release a sample count which gives an early indication of the possible result for each of the 29 electoral divisions.

    This is the first time the sample count is made public, and the move is aimed at forestalling speculation as the official counts are underway.
