[SINGAPORE] Ravi Philemon says his message to the people of Hong Kah North is that they should vote for him because, "I can give them a sense of security and hope for the future".
He has gone in to file his nomination papers as a candidate for Hong Kah North Single Member Constituency under the Singapore People's Party banner.
The incumbent for the SMC is Amy Khor of the People's Action Party.
