Givaudan invests S$7.5m to go big on innovating flavours

FRAGRANCE-and-flavour company Givaudan has expanded its flavour innovation centre in Singapore to gain an edge in addressing regional trends in the food-and-beverage (F&B) sector.
It has put S$7.5 million into its Singapore Flavour Innovation Centre in Woodlands, which has a bakery, confectionary, beverage and dairy studios; it is where recipe concepts can be designed for the company's customers, which are firms in the F&B sector. The facility will also have a fully integrated culinary space for concept development.
