Global markets rally from lows as investors begin to seek value

GLOBAL stock markets have rallied from their nadirs late last Friday but are still between 7 per cent and 14 per cent below levels prior to the novel coronavirus outbreak.
Goldman Sachs reported that several US companies were buying their own shares and several fund managers said that they were seeking good value cash rich stocks.
