    SOME provinces in China are facing a certain degree of debt risk, and the central government is paying high attention to that risk, state media quoted the central bank governor as saying.

    Authorities are also closely watching financial risk in some sectors, People’s Bank of China Governor Pan Gongsheng said, according to China Central Television. REUTERS
