Japan’s July factory output rises 2.8% month-on-month
JAPAN’s factory output rose 2.8 per cent in July from the previous month, versus a median market forecast for a 3.3 per cent rise, government data showed on Friday.
Manufacturers surveyed by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry expect seasonally adjusted output to increase 2.2 per cent in August and contract 3.3 per cent in September. REUTERS
