MOST government agencies are willing to share data and collaborate with local researchers, provided academics are "thick-skinned" enough to ask, said Transport Minister Ong Ye Kung at an event on Thursday.
He was speaking at the virtual launch of Kiasunomics 2, a book co-authored by three National University of Singapore (NUS) professors - Sumit Agarwal, Sing Tien Foo and Ang Swee Hoon.
