Hong Kong forecasts GDP to expand 1-2% in 2016

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong expects its economy to expand one to two per cent in 2016, the city's financial secretary, John Tsang, said in his annual budget speech on Wednesday.
Six economists polled by Reuters estimated the economy would expand 2.3 per cent in 2015, slightly less than the official forecast of 2.4 per cent.
