32 coffeeshops have changed hands since Jan 2010
THERE have been 32 resale transactions involving coffee shops of comparable sizes in Singapore since January 2010, said National Development Minister Khaw Boon Wan.
Ten were for a sum below S$5 million, 12 were between S$5 million and S$10 million, and eight were between S$10 million and S$15 million.
